Education is not immune from globalization. Cross-border programs and movements of students across borders had never reached similar proportions. Faced with an unprecedented choice of marketing channels, as well as with increased competition and a commoditization of MBAs and other leading programs, institutions of higher education that want to take advantage of the still growing demand for higher education in a knowledge society may, understandably, be uncertain as to the strategy to follow.

Innovax has extensive experience in working with both public and private educational institutions to guide them in their development, meaningfully differentiate their offer, raise funds from industrial or public sponsors, create learning content and quality procedures targeted to local needs, identify the best partners, manage the partnership and insure quality. We also offer the possibility of developing on-line content of the highest quality and market it through existing channels.

As an example, we developed, for a private educational group, active in four countries and five campuses, a series of MBAs, identified a public university to issue a recognized degree and proceeded to manage the partnership and ensure quality. In another case, we identified two major American Universities to deliver part of a Master's degree in Life Sciences Management, the syllabus of which we fully developed.
